1. Communicate with the customer to understand and confirm the customers service requirements
and storage system requirements, including requirements on capacity, performance, and availability.
2. Design appropriate storage solutions based on customer requirements, including hardware
selection, software configuration, and network planning, and compile technical solution documents.
3. Be responsible for storage hardware installation, software configuration, and commissioning to
ensure that the storage system runs properly according to the design scheme. This may involve
hardware installation, operating system and storage management software installation and
configuration.
4. Perform functional and performance tests on the deployed storage system, resolve common storage
product problems, and quickly resolve customer problems.
